We’re looking for a Scrum Master who actively collaborates with the Product Owner to plan, coordinate, and drive execution.

In this role, You will:

  • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery by planning, tracking, and coordinating work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, driving clear outcomes and measurable improvements in team performance.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early, escalating and resolving them to keep teams focused and moving fast.
  • Act as a bridge between Product Owner, Developers, and external partners to ensure priorities are clear, realistic, and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Maintain clear visibility on progress, capacity, and outcomes using delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, lead time) to support better decision-making.

We expect You to have:

  • Hands-on experience delivering software products in Agile environments, ideally in a SaaS or platform-based company.
  • Ability to confidently lead discussions, manage expectations, and align diverse stakeholders around clear delivery goals.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with the judgment to adapt frameworks to what actually works for the team and business.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, surfacing risks early, and driving resolution through clear, structured communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence (or similar) and using delivery metrics to improve predictability, flow, and team performance.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
