  • Compliance Manager — streamlines onboarding and continuously monitors clients, supporting compliance with AML, KYC, and GDPR requirements while adapting to each client’s policies.
  • Document Manager — an evolving AI-powered solution that turns documents into live, queryable knowledge, enabling contextual search, questions, and insight extraction.
  • AI Platform — a composable workflow engine for designing how data moves and transforms through AI-driven actions, from detection and redaction to machine learning models and LLM-powered reasoning.

Your responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multiple AI agents, including Claude terminal-based workflows, to design, implement, and test features.
  • Deliver production-ready features across the backend (.NET) and frontend (React).
  • Take full ownership of delivered work, including quality, security, performance, and reliability.
  • Work in small, autonomous teams of 2–4 engineers across different products.
  • Stay up to date with AI research and industry developments, bringing new ideas and solutions to the team.
  • In this role, most code will not be written manually. Your impact will come from how effectively you leverage and guide AI systems.

What we expect from you:

  • An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using AI tools to build software, either professionally or through personal projects.
  • A solid backend foundation, including 2+ years of programming experience with .NET or a similar technology.
  • Understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work with a diverse range of technologies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability as both the industry and the company transition towards AI-driven engineering.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, MCPs, and agent skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience integrating AI features into products.
