We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Freelance IT Talent Sourcer who enjoys connecting with people, discovering great talent, and taking ownership.

We’re open to both part-time and full-time cooperation. There is also an opportunity to grow into a bigger role within the company.

What you'll do:

  • Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, communities, and other channels.
  • Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Build talent pipelines for different IT roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Keep candidate information organized.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.

You are someone who:

  • Is proactive and takes responsibility for results.
  • Is not afraid of rejection and understands that good recruitment requires consistency.
  • Can keep going even when results do not come immediately.
  • Enjoys communicating with different people and building trust.
  • Has empathy and understands that every candidate is a person, not just a profile.
  • Previous recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus. Experience with IT recruitment is a strong advantage.
