As an Amber Force AI Engineer…
- You design, specify and make architectural choices for AI-driven software solutions. Your goal: turning functional designs into technical designs and high-quality software products. You use AI and code generation smartly, while primarily reviewing, orchestrating, and safeguarding overall quality.
- You'll work in small, specialized teams alongside Business Consultants, developers, testers, UXers and (yes) AI agents.Thanks to AI we move faster than traditional teams and our way of working keep evolving.
- You'll play an active role in taking us to the next level.
What will you do?
- You translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and make the right architectural choices.
- You orchestrate AI agents for code generation, testing, and documentation. Keeping them sharp with critical reviews.
- Together with your team, you deliver working solutions in short, iterative cycles that bring immediate value.
What we offer?
- Salary €3.500–€5.000 based on a 40-hour week.
- 25 vacation days.
- One-year contract with a view to permanent employment.
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days at our Kaunas office.
